University Lacrosse

ULAX conducts a curriculum-based, lacrosse-teaching program, allilliated with
four of the top club team organizations in the country!

The below curriculum will help you as a player to accelerate your learning curve
in developing the proper mechanics and techniques of lacrosse in order to
optimize your success.

All curriculum marked as a 'Drill Thrills' course are included in your annual cost
of tuition. Any courses marked 'Audited' have Guest Instructors from outside of
our organization and have an additional cost. Audited courses are provided as
an additional resource to further expose our student-athletes to top level
instruction.

ULAX COURSES

ULAX 101 - Basic instruction for Beginners with NO Experience - Hands-On Development of Basic Knowledge
& Skills, Including Position Differentiation, Stick Skills, Cradling, Ground Ball Skills, Throwing, Passing,
Catching, Shooting - Offensive & Defensive Instruction/Drills - developing mechanics, skills, techniques, field
sense & knowledge - Attackmen, Middies, Defensemen, & Goalies work together - offered in Fall only, at High
School, Middle School, 5th Grade and 4th Grade level (Ages ID'd from anticipated High School Graduation
Year) - Instruction/Drills are progressive & curriculum based - 10-week, 36-lesson DRILL THRILLS course - NO
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Players must complete 21-day Wall-Ball Drills Before Start. * Enrollment does
NOT include 'Club Team Option'

ULAX 201 - Hands-On Offensive & Defensive Instruction/Drills - developing mechanics, skills, techniques, field
sense & knowledge - Attackmen, Middies, Defensemen, & Goalies work together - offered in Summer, Fall, &
Winter, at High School, Middle School, 5th Grade and 4th Grade level (Ages ID'd from anticipated High School
Graduation Year) - Instruction/Drills are progressive & curriculum based - 10-week, 36-lesson DRILL THRILLS
course - For experienced players only. Players must complete 21-day Wall-Ball Drills Before Start.
*Enrollment includes 'Club Team Option'

ULAX 300 Series - Advanced Offensive Skills - offered Fall, Winter & Summer at Varsity, JV & Middle School
level - Instructors: ULAX Staff - DRILL THRILLS Course - requires completion of ULAX 201

ULAX 400 Series - Advanced Defensive Skills - offered Fall, Winter & Summer at Varsity, JV & Middle School
level - Instructors: ULAX Staff - DRILL THRILLS Course - requires completion of ULAX 201

ULAX 500 Series - Advanced College Prep - offered in Summer Only to graduated Seniors only - Instructors:
ULAX Staff - Only available to Previously Enrolled ULAX Student-Athletes
